Fermilab
Construction of a specialized three-story steel facility
designed to build, house, and test research and development
equipment. The project includes precast metal panels,
curtain walls, a substantial 40-ton crane, and integration
with existing operational facilities.
100th Missile Defense Brigade
Design/build construction of a 33,338-square-foot,
two-story Brigade Readiness Center at Peterson Space Force
Base. The facility supports mission-critical operations and
was constructed to Department of Defense standards.
North Chicago Parking Garage
Construction of a three-story structural precast parking
facility at the Capt. James A. Lovell Federal Health Care
Center. The project includes 213 parking spaces, an elevator,
site utilities, parking restoration, and EV charging
infrastructure.
Minneapolis VA
Design/build construction of a 13,300-square-foot Primary
Care Clinic designed to support current Veterans
Administration healthcare operations while accommodating
future vertical and horizontal expansion.
