In the bustling core of Chicago, Pacific Construction proudly led as the general contractor for a landmark project involving the City of Chicago Fire Stations – stations #121, #84, and #38. This ambitious venture encompassed the full-scale development of each site and the construction of three state-of-the-art fire stations, which are now considered the blueprint for all future Chicago firehouses. Each building, awarded with LEED Silver certification, features an extensive array of facilities. These include well-equipped locker rooms, comfortable sleeping quarters, modern physical training rooms, fully furnished staff kitchens, officer quarters, spacious apparatus bays, and well-organized administrative areas. These fire stations stand as a testament to Pacific Construction's profound commitment and enduring relationship with our home city, Chicago.
