Pacific Construction successfully completed a tenant interior project for Libertyville Bank & Trust, located in downtown Libertyville, Illinois. This multi-phase project, spanning 14,972 square feet, involved the renovation of all three floors, including offices, teller areas, conference rooms, and more. Despite the challenge of keeping the bank fully operational during construction, we also upgraded mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and the exterior façade, all within a tight 3-month timeframe.
